Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy

1. Service Delivery
Philoid is a digital service. On confirmed payment your plan activates instantly and access is delivered electronically through your Philoid account — there is no physical shipment or courier involved. If access does not activate within a few minutes of a successful payment, write to contact@philoid.com and we will resolve it.
2. Refunds
Because delivery is immediate and complete, all fees are non-refundable once a plan activates. Please use the free mocks to evaluate the platform before purchasing.
3. Exceptions
Duplicate charges (you were billed twice for one plan) and failed-but-debited payments (money left your account but no plan activated and our automatic reconciliation has not already reversed it): write to contact@philoid.com within 7 days with the payment reference. Once verified against gateway records, the amount is reversed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Cancellation
Plans do not auto-renew and there is no recurring billing, so there is nothing to cancel — access simply ends at plan expiry.
