1. Who we are
Philoid ("we", "us") is a business registered in New Delhi, India, operating philoid.com — an online mock-test platform for Indian government-exam preparation. Contact: contact@philoid.com · +91 78389 18614.
2. The service
Philoid offers bilingual (English/Hindi) mock tests, performance analytics, rankings, and AI-generated analysis and study plans. Free mocks are marked as free; everything else requires a paid plan.
3. Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep one account per person, and keep your credentials secret. You must be at least 13 years old; if you are under 18, use Philoid with a parent or guardian's consent. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Plans & payments
We offer prepaid, fixed-term plans — never auto-renewing. The two all-access passes each cover every exam group on Philoid: the Annual Pass (₹1,490 for 1 year) and the Two-Year Pass (₹2,490 for 2 years); both include audiobooks in the NCERT Books Android app. We may also offer plans scoped to a single exam group — the exam group covered, the price and the duration are shown on the plan card at purchase. Prices are inclusive and shown at purchase; if a price shown at purchase ever differs from this document, the price shown at purchase applies. Payments are processed by Razorpay and/or Stripe — we never receive or store your card details. Access activates immediately on confirmed payment and, when you extend a plan of the same scope, the added time counts from your current expiry so no days are lost. Attempt limits per test are shown in the catalog. Through the NCERT Books Android app we also sell one-time audiobook passes — a single book (190 days of access) or a full class (365 days) — delivered as audio access inside that app.
5. Refunds
All purchases are final. Because digital access is delivered instantly and in full, fees are non-refundable once a plan activates, except verified duplicate charges or failed-but-debited payments. See the Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy for the exceptions and process.
6. Cancellation
Plans do not auto-renew. There is no recurring billing to cancel — access simply ends when your plan expires. You may stop using the service at any time without further charge.
7. Acceptable use
No account sharing, scraping, automated access, reselling of content, facilitation of cheating, or attempts to extract the question bank. All content — questions, explanations, analyses, study plans — is our intellectual property or licensed to us, for your personal study use only.
8. AI features
Analyses and study plans are AI-generated guidance. They are not professional advice and not predictions of your actual exam score.
9. Disclaimers
Philoid is not affiliated with UPSC, SSC, IBPS, RRB, or any government body. Mock performance does not guarantee or predict actual exam results. The service is provided "as is" with reasonable efforts at availability.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site; continued use after a change is acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
